tass71 User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between tass71 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by tass71, including but not limited to sports betting, online casino games, virtual games, live dealer games, promotional offers, and payment processing services.

By completing the tass71 registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using tass71 and close your account.

tass71 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to the payment of any outstanding verified player balances. tass71 further reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted according to standard English-language legal principles. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version of any tass71 communication, the English version shall prevail.

tass71 operates on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) for the purposes of all time-sensitive provisions in this Agreement, including bonus expiry, promotion deadlines, session limits, and dispute resolution timelines.

To access tass71's betting and casino services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate at all times.

Eligibility requirements for tass71 account registration:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. tass71 enforces strict 18+ age verification and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated bots may not register accounts on tass71.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on tass71 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered under a false identity or using another person's personal information without their consent.
• You must not have had a previous tass71 account permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active tass71 account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be identified through technical and document-based verification checks. In the event duplicate accounts are discovered, tass71 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bets placed from duplicate accounts, and withhold any bonus funds obtained through the use of multiple accounts.

KYC Identity Verification: tass71 requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing any withdrawal request above the threshold specified in the Payments section of this Agreement. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport together with a recent photograph (selfie) taken by the account holder. tass71 will process KYC submissions within 24–72 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time working days. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of their first withdrawal request may have their withdrawal request cancelled and their account placed under review.

tass71 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, direct bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other partner institutions), Visa, Mastercard, and USDT via TRC-20 and BEP-20 blockchain networks.

Deposits: All deposits to tass71 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) or USDT equivalent. The minimum single deposit amount at tass71 is ৳200. There is no stated maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though tass71 may apply enhanced due diligence checks for deposits above ৳50,000 in a single transaction. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tass71 account balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–3 Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. USDT deposits are credited upon receipt of 1–3 blockchain network confirmations.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawing player must have completed KYC identity verification for withdrawals above ৳5,000.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during BST business hours (9:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday) are typically processed within 15–60 minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside BST business hours will be queued and processed on the next available business day, except for USDT withdrawals which are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile financial service methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Currency and Conversion: All tass71 account balances are held in BDT. USDT deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. USDT withdrawals are converted from BDT at the prevailing rate at the time the withdrawal request is approved. tass71 uses a competitive mid-market rate with a small operational spread applied to all currency conversions.

Anti-Money Laundering: tass71 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. tass71 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player at any time, to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory documentation, and to report suspicious account activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Any player found to be using tass71 for money laundering purposes will have their account immediately and permanently closed and all associated funds reported and frozen.

tass71 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and Bangladesh national holidays including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day.

General bonus terms applicable to all tass71 promotions:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet within your tass71 account and are not available for withdrawal until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated bonus validity period, which is specified on each promotion and defaults to 7 calendar days from the date of bonus credit if not otherwise stated.
• Each tass71 bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• tass71 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and subject to an active wagering cycle will remain honoured for the stated validity period.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated wagering to hedge bonus requirements across accounts, or exploiting technical errors to generate unintended bonus credits — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

Welcome Bonus: New tass71 players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the tass71 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a standard wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount on qualifying sports betting or casino game categories. All bets and wagers placed on tass71 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or virtual sports. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game or betting rules before placing any wager.

Sports Betting:

• All sports bets on tass71 are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted. In-play bet acceptance is subject to a brief validation delay during which odds may change. If odds change during this delay, tass71 will either accept the bet at the new odds or return the stake to the player's balance.
• Cricket betting markets at tass71 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are governed by standard cricket betting settlement rules. Matches abandoned due to weather or other external circumstances will be settled void unless a result has already been determined under the relevant competition's rules.
• tass71 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error (including obvious pricing errors), on events for which the outcome was known at the time of bet placement, or where credible evidence of match manipulation exists.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event are published in the tass71 sportsbook rules section. Bets exceeding these limits will be accepted up to the maximum payout threshold only.

Casino Games:

• All casino games on tass71 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by tass71 or any player.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all tass71 slot titles are displayed on each game's information panel. RTP is a long-run statistical average and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions — including disconnections, server errors, or game provider outages — that interrupt a live betting round will result in the affected round being voided and the player's stake returned to their account balance. tass71 will not honour winnings from rounds affected by a technical error that produced an incorrect result.
• Players are not permitted to use automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to generate bets without direct human input on tass71 casino games.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tass71 and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Account fraud: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or registering on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorisation.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one tass71 account per individual, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any tass71 game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, sharing bet strategies in live casino, or placing coordinated opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets across tass71 and other platforms to exploit price discrepancies and guarantee a risk-free profit. tass71 reserves the right to void arbitrage bets and limit or close accounts engaging in systematic arbitrage activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised payment reversal (chargeback) through a bank or payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely made to tass71. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action for the disputed amount plus any associated fees.
• Hacking and system interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to tass71's systems, databases, or player accounts; using exploits, vulnerabilities, or technical manipulation to affect game outcomes; or deploying malware, bots, or scripts against the tass71 platform.
• Money laundering: Using tass71 as a vehicle to launder proceeds of crime or to disguise the origin of illegally obtained funds, as described in Section 3 of this Agreement.

tass71 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally in relation to suspected criminal activity involving the tass71 platform. Player account information, transaction records, and betting history may be disclosed to authorised authorities in accordance with applicable law.

tass71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Suspected or confirmed underage gambling (player under 18 years of age).
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account suspension.
• Account inactivity: tass71 accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. A 30-day notice will be sent to the registered email address before any dormancy fee or account closure action is taken. Dormant account fees, if applied, will not reduce a balance below zero.

Player-initiated closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting tass71 support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Appeals: Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error may submit a formal appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of the suspension or closure notice. tass71 will review all appeals and provide a written response within 10 business days. During the appeal period, account access will remain suspended pending the outcome of the review.

tass71 operates exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited on tass71 and is illegal in Bangladesh. tass71 invests continuously in age verification technology and actively trains its customer support team to identify and report suspected underage gambling activity.

tass71 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered players to help maintain healthy gambling habits:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your tass71 account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time reminders: Configure on-screen alerts that notify you after a chosen duration of continuous play, helping you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend all betting and deposit functionality for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without closing your account.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tass71's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be limited to the verified real-money balance held in that player's tass71 account at the time the relevant claim arises. tass71 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the tass71 platform.

By continuing to use tass71, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted every provision of these Terms & Conditions, including all sections relating to eligibility, payments, bonuses, prohibited conduct, account management, and responsible gaming.
